disciplines (including those holding a terminal degree) seeking specific
knowledge and technical skills in conflict resolution without the need to

Certificate in Dispute Resolution: A student, while completing the 86 credit
hours required to earn a J.D. degree may take 11 of those hours from a select
list of courses to earn a Certificate in Dispute Resolution. Requirements
include: completing required (Dispute Resolution, and Negotiation or Mediation)
and several elective courses (Dispute Resolution Seminar; Interviewing &
Counseling; Labor Arbitration; General Litigation Clinic; Mediation; Mediation
