This requirement is demonstrated by completing with a grade of B or better
at least 6 credit hours of graduate coursework relating to the area of
interest.

organizational or environmental conflicts.
This requirement is met through a 3-credit hour applied course, internship,
or equivalent independent activity. In each case, the appropriateness of
the experience must be discussed prior to initiation with the advisor.

Program houses all activities related to conflict resolution education at
Cardozo School of Law. Activities included under the umbrella of the Kukin
Program are: Cardozo's Mediation Clinic, which was among the first programs in
the country to train law students to serve as mediators; an exciting variety of
Alternative or Appropriate Dispute Resolution (ADR) course offerings; the
Cardozo Journal of Conflict Resolution (CJCR); a Certificate Program in Dispute
Resolution for J.D. students; The Cardozo Dispute Resolution Institute, offering
intensive programs in January and May to law students and other professionals;
participation in a variety of ADR skills-related competitions; a summer program,
ADR Abroad, in Paris and Budapest; and the regular hosting of ground-breaking
